什麽是補語

補語(complement): 補語用於說明主語或賓語。分別稱爲賓語補足語和主語補足語。補語例句如下：

He thinks the girl beautiful.

The doctor advised her to have a good rest.

You should get on the plane in turn.

若動詞賓語較長，通常用it做形式賓語代替其位置，而將其移至賓語補足語之後：

I found it difficult to finish the task in time.

We have made it clear that we disagreed.

主語補足語：含賓語補足語的句子在轉換成被動語態後，原有的賓語和賓語補足語就變爲主語和主語補足語。

We found him working in the office. He was found working in the office.
